"Supernatural Operation Squad" Releases In-Game Misconduct Management Statement: Continuously Increasing Enforcement Efforts

Sina Tech reported on March 20th that the Giant Network “Supernatural Action Team” project team released a statement on managing in-game violations: In response to issues discovered during patrols and concerns from the public, the team has further intensified efforts to govern violations within the game and continues to promote management and optimization work. From March 9 to March 15, the Supernatural Safety Team penalized a total of 72,186 accounts for violations, including 45,374 accounts banned for ten years or more for using scripts or engaging in inappropriate public chat behavior.

The project team disclosed that current management focuses mainly on three areas: First, continuously increasing efforts to clean up and handle violations, including investigating, cleaning, and dealing with illegal content, inappropriate speech, and behaviors that damage the game environment; Second, continuously optimizing patrol detection and interception mechanisms, upgrading cheat detection, public chat content review strategies, and patrol interception capabilities; Third, continuously improving reporting, patrol handling, and feedback mechanisms to promote regular management work. For behaviors suspected of illegal or violations, the team also stated they will cooperate with relevant authorities according to law.

The team emphasized that maintaining a healthy and orderly gaming environment is a long-term management goal. They will continue to strengthen related management measures, strictly crack down on all kinds of violations, and uphold a fair, healthy, and orderly gaming experience. Players are also encouraged to participate in supervision through in-game reporting and other methods.
