Domestic finished fuel oil prices

Will be adjusted

This round’s 10-business-day pricing review period—by March 31, 60% had already been completed. Due to the recent continued rise in international oil prices, oil prices have shifted from declining to increasing. At present, the crude oil change rate has reached 1.07%. It is expected that the fuel oil price will be raised by 95 yuan/ton. Based on the current increase, next week the gasoline and diesel prices may continue to rise by 0.07 yuan/liter to 0.09 yuan/liter.

According to the “ten business days” principle, the adjustment time window for this round is 24:00 on April 7—i.e., the first business day after the Qingming mini-holiday.

According to calculations by JLC (Jinlianchuang), as of the sixth business day by March 31, the average price of reference crude oil varieties was 103.18 USD/barrel, with a change rate of 1.07%. This corresponds to an increase of 95 yuan/ton in domestic gasoline and diesel retail prices. Converted per liter, the increase is about 8 cents. The final increase will still depend on how international oil prices perform over the next four business days.

Since the beginning of this year to date, domestic gasoline and diesel have gone through “five increases and one pause.” Recently, it has already been “five consecutive increases.” If the price is raised on April 7, it will form a pattern of “six increases and one pause.”
