The International Aluminum Association (IAI) data shows that in February 2026, the global alumina production will be 11.82M tons, compared to 11.76M tons in the same period last year, an increase of 0.51% year-on-year; and 13.15M tons in the previous month, a decrease of 10.17% month-on-month. It is expected that China's alumina production in February will be 7.05 million tons, compared to 7.92 million tons in the previous month, a decrease of 10.98% month-on-month; and 7.10 million tons in the same period last year, a decrease of 0.7% year-on-year.
