Haibo Heavy Industry: Controlling shareholder Zhang Haibo has reduced his shareholding to 49.86%

Haibo Zhongke announcement: The controlling shareholder, Zhang Haibo, reduced his holdings by 886.1k shares via block trades from February 10, 2026 to March 24, 2026, and by 533.7k shares via bulk off-market transactions. The combined shareholding percentage of him and his acting-in-concert parties decreased from 50.57% to 49.86%. The proportion of holdings, after deducting shares in the repurchase-exclusive account, decreased from 50.71% to 50.00%. This change in equity interests reaches an integer multiple of 5%; the previously disclosed plan to reduce holdings by up to 3.99M shares via block trades and 1.99M shares via centralized bidding has not yet been fully implemented.
