Lei Jun resigns as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Kingsoft Cloud

On the evening of March 25, Kingsoft Cloud announced on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) that Lei Jun had resigned as a non-executive director due to other work arrangements, effective March 25. After Lei Jun stepped down as a non-executive director, he also no longer served as the chairman, chairman of the board’s nominating committee, or a member of the board’s remuneration committee. The board announced that Deputy Chairman Zou Tao has been appointed as chairman and chairman of the nominating committee, and that Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director, a member of the nominating committee, and a member of the remuneration committee.
