Qichacha APP shows that recently, Suzhou Shengxin Qixing Phase 1 Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) was established, with a subscribed contribution of approximately 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: venture capital (limited to investments in non-publicly listed enterprises). Qichacha APP’s equity through-screening shows that the partnership is jointly held by Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shenghe Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., and others.
