FTX-related class action lawsuit dismissed, lawyers awarded $650,000 in legal fees but claimants did not receive compensation
FTX Historian posted on the X platform that a class action lawsuit related to FTX has been dismissed. Although claimants did not receive any compensation, the attorneys received $650,000. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund had invested $95 million in FTX. The lawsuit alleges that the fund failed to conduct proper due diligence on its investment. Additionally, former FTX customers in the United States have also filed similar lawsuits against FTX shareholders. $FTT
