Tesla announced that they plan to expand FSD V14 Lite to HW3 vehicles in international markets, but only after the rollout in the U.S. market is completed, and no specific timeline has been provided. Tesla’s post states: “Following the future launch of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles in the United States, we plan to extend V14 Lite to more international markets. This update ensures that HW3 vehicle owners can continue to enjoy ongoing software updates. Due to various factors affecting international rollout (such as completion of technical validation, regional adaptation, and approval from relevant regulatory authorities), we are currently unable to provide an exact date, but will continue to release update information.” (Sina Finance)
