Mars Finance reports that a class-action lawsuit accuses Believe founder Ben Pasternak of transferring and extracting $54 million in fees through Launchcoin. The lawsuit states that the transfer process had a two-week window, resulting in the dilution of token holders’ tokens, and tokens with staggered deadlines were permanently destroyed. Additionally, the related operations are alleged to involve insider connected wallets.
