Galaxy Digital Shares Rise 5% After $216M Q1 Loss

Galaxy Digital reported a Q1 2026 net loss of $216 million, but GLXY shares rose 5.23% to $26.36 on April 28. The loss improved from a $482 million net loss in Q4 2025, and Galaxy said a roughly 20% contraction in total cryptocurrency market capitalization weighed on the quarter. Galaxy also delivered its first data hall to CoreWeave, moving that project into revenue-generating operations.
