I'm feeling more and more like I'm opening a clock-in system at my workstation when I browse task platforms... Clearly, I'm here to "grab some rewards" for fun, but instead I get all these witch hunts, reviews, and tiered scoring, making it feel like a performance review: if you don't follow their rhythm, you get deducted points; if you do, it seems like you're just providing data for others. Honestly, the project teams are afraid of being exploited, and I'm afraid of wasting effort for nothing. In the end, everyone turns "participation" into overtime.

I've set a rule for myself: whenever I start calculating "how many interactions I need to do this week to avoid falling behind," I treat it as a second job and just lower its priority... I'd rather miss out than sell all my attention to a bunch of spreadsheets. Recently, people have been using ETF fund flows and US stock risk appetite to explain crypto price movements, and hearing that makes me just want to lie flat: I can't control macro factors anyway, so at least I won't let on-chain activity turn into KPIs. That's it for now, going to drink some water.
