According to Gate.io News bot, Semler Scientific has submitted an S-3 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company plans to issue securities totaling no more than $500 million through a “shelf” registration process, with the types of securities including corporate bonds, common stock, units, and warrants. The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Bitcoin.
