According to a report from 深潮 TechFlow on July 15, BTC AB today (July 15, 2025) announced the signing of an “ATM-type” equity financing protocol with three existing shareholders, allowing for the flexible raising of up to 200 million Swedish Krona in funds over the next six months. This protocol permits investors to submit up to two subscription requests per week, with a subscription limit of 10% of the previous trading day’s volume, and the price will be based on the higher of the previous trading day’s Closing Price or the weighted average price.

BTC AB reserves the full right of decision-making and can independently choose whether to execute the stock issuance under the protocol. This financing model avoids the discounts and extra costs of traditional stock issuance, aiming to enhance the per-share Bitcoin ratio for shareholders. Company CEO Christoffer De Geer stated that this facility will provide the company with an efficient and low-cost capital acquisition channel, enhance liquidity, and support the continuous growth of Bitcoin holdings.
