According to Mars Finance, The Digital Banker reported that the Dubai financial super app Fasset has announced that it has obtained a temporary regulatory license in Malaysia and plans to launch a digital bank powered by stablecoins and compliant with Islamic law. It is reported that Fasset also plans to issue a cryptocurrency debit card for everyday consumption and will launch the Ethereum Layer 2 platform “Own” built on Arbitrum for the settlement of real-world assets.
