According to Bloomberg, President Donald Trump's pardon may pave the way for CZ to return and help Binance restructure its operations in America. The source stated that the exchange is considering merging Binance US into the global system or having the main exchange operate directly in America. Currently, Binance accounts for about 50% of global Bitcoin trading volume, while Binance US holds less than 1%, and Coinbase still leads the American market.
