According to Binance, this action is due to on-chain data indicating that the circulating supply of these tokens has exceeded the project party's original unlocking plan, and it is a measure taken to protect user interests.
As of the delisting time, the assets of users holding these tokens will be automatically converted to USDC at the following exchange rate:
1 CELB = 0.00007042 USDC
1 AIBOT = 0.00042472 USDC
The conversion ratio is based on the closing price on November 24, 2025, and the equivalent USDC will be credited to the user's spot account within 3 days.
