Odaily Planet Daily reports that FTX Historian posted on the X platform that a class-action lawsuit related to FTX has been dismissed. Although the claimants did not receive any compensation, the attorneys received $650,000. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund had invested $95 million in FTX. The class-action lawsuit alleges that the fund failed to conduct proper due diligence on its investment. Additionally, former FTX customers in the United States have also filed similar lawsuits against FTX shareholders.
