Trump: Iran Not Ready to Make a Deal, War Expected to End Soon

Gate News: On March 16, U.S. President Trump issued a statement on the Iran situation. Trump said that because there has been no extensive destruction of Iran’s infrastructure, Iran is “not yet ready” to reach an agreement. He pointed out that aside from the oil infrastructure, all other facilities on Halek Island have ceased operations. Trump stated that the cost of this conflict is “insignificant” and believes the war will not last much longer. Additionally, Trump refused to discuss the deployment of ground troops in Iran.
