A book that makes you eager to practice after reading 📚

Difficult tasks in the world must be done when they are easy, and significant tasks must be done with attention to detail. Whether they are abstract or concrete hobbies or desires, the processes can be traced back to motivation, ability, and prompts, which need to occur simultaneously. A small summary:

Behavioral Approach:
❇️ Clarify desires
❇️ Explore behavioral options
❇️ Break down generalized habits into specific habits
❇️ Match specific behaviors for yourself
❇️ Start with micro habits
❇️ Find the right prompt
❇️ Keep the celebratory glow
❇️ Remove barriers, repeat, expand

Matching Method:
❇️ Increase prompts for good behavior and remove prompts for bad behavior
❇️ Set behavioral anchors, reasonably combine micro-behaviors and specific time points.

No matter how busy I am, I must maintain the habit of finishing a book every month. I used to post book reviews on my Moments, and I will continue to update everyone here as well. Let's encourage each other 🩵
