The DEV dividend mechanism really needs to be improved. Either the liquidity pool is set too low (only around 1k level), or the dividend ratio is seriously skewed—giving 95% of the profits to the DEV team itself, leaving token holders as mere accessories. With this kind of design, it's really hard to motivate the community to hold long-term. It seems many projects are using this approach, and it's time to reflect on it.
