I wonder which perp DEX is going to open up its infrastructure for free so that people can deploy their own markets, like how people create memecoins on

I think orderbooks from Polymarket/Kalshi, oracles from Seda/Pyth/Redstone, etc., can be packaged so that people can deploy them at scale, with success depending on an individual or team's ability to handle distribution, marketing, etc.

Just as memecoins go through a beginning-to-end cycle, I can see these perp markets doing something similar

Maybe this will be addressed via HIP-4 or something in that style
