Follow the prompts to add the Tempo Testnet to your wallet’s network list. This step is crucial; all subsequent operations must be performed on this network.
**Step 2: Obtain test tokens** After configuring the network, go to the official faucet to receive USDC and USDT test tokens. Without these, you cannot pay Gas fees. Just request the tokens directly in your wallet, and they usually arrive instantly.
**Start interacting** Once the network is set up and the test tokens are in your wallet, you can begin running contract interactions, deploying smart contracts, or testing DApps on Tempo. Not having a native token can indeed reduce the volatility of retail investors' sentiment.
