SPECTRUM TEAMS UP WITH EVERPASS AND XUMO TO BRING COMPREHENSIVE SPORTS STREAMING TO BUSINESS VENUES

Spectrum Business TV customers now have a game-changing solution for delivering live sports to bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues. The three-way partnership between Spectrum, Xumo, and EverPass introduces a streamlined approach to accessing premium sports content—all from a single, easy-to-use device.

The Complete Sports Streaming Package

With the EverPass app now available on Xumo Stream Box for Business, commercial establishments get everything they need in one integrated platform. Customers subscribing to Spectrum Sports Fan TV can access more than 45 sports networks plus Amazon Thursday Night Football through the Spectrum TV App—the most-watched streaming service in the U.S., according to Comscore CTV Intelligence data from 2022 through March 2025.

But that’s just the beginning. The addition of EverPass opens the door to NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Pass subscriptions, seamlessly integrated into the same device. This means bars and restaurants now have comprehensive coverage of NFL games, college football, NBA, NHL, and MLB action.

Purpose-Built for Business Success

Xumo Stream Box for Business is engineered specifically for commercial environments. The device features a voice-powered remote and an intuitive interface designed to cut through complexity. For Spectrum Business customers, setup is straightforward—$5 per month covers all support, making it a plug-and-play solution that doesn’t require technical expertise.

“Live sports have the power to transform any venue, and at EverPass, we’re making that transformation simpler than ever,” explained Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass Media. “Through our expanded partnership with Spectrum, we’re delivering a streaming solution that puts premium sports content just a click away. It’s a faster, more flexible way for businesses to captivate fans and create unforgettable game-day experiences.”

A Natural Extension of Existing Partnership

This launch builds on EverPass’s existing relationship with Spectrum, which started in 2024 by providing business customers with access to NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Pass. The new arrangement represents the first commercial sports streaming app to debut on Xumo’s platform, marking a significant milestone for all three companies.

Keith Dardis, Executive Vice President of Spectrum Business, emphasized the strategic importance: “Bars and restaurants need a fast and reliable way to access the sports content their patrons care most about. By bringing EverPass to Xumo Stream Box for Business alongside the Spectrum TV App, we’re offering a single solution that makes it easier than ever for businesses to stream the games their customers want to see.”

Michael Gatzke, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Development at Xumo, added: “With the EverPass app available on Xumo Stream Box, Spectrum can deliver its Business TV customers an unmatched live sports experience with the simplicity and reliability they expect.”

Beyond Content: Marketing and Engagement

The partnership also includes access to EverPass’s marketing platform, which helps businesses engage patrons through promotions and interactive content. This transforms sports streaming from a simple content delivery service into a comprehensive tool for driving traffic and customer loyalty.

The Companies Behind the Solution

EverPass Media operates as a premier streaming platform dedicated to commercial businesses, aggregating and distributing live sports and entertainment content. Founded in 2023 in partnership with RedBird Capital Partners and 32 Equity (the NFL’s strategic investment arm), EverPass has expanded its investor base to include TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC and WWE.

Spectrum, a Charter Communications subsidiary (NASDAQ: CHTR), provides advanced communications services to more than 57 million homes and businesses across 41 states. Its portfolio includes Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, Voice, and comprehensive business solutions for enterprises of all sizes.

Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter Communications, develops next-generation streaming platforms for the entertainment industry. The company operates three primary business lines: Xumo devices with world-class user interfaces, Xumo Play (a free ad-supported streaming service), and Xumo Enterprise for business-to-business content distribution.
