Starting fresh this year? Here's the hard truth: if you can't explain *why* you're holding something, you're not investing—you're just gambling with hope. Real investment means understanding the asset, grasping the fundamentals, knowing the risks. Blind spot-buying because FOMO kicked in or some influencer hyped it? That's not strategy, that's wishful thinking. The difference between winners and losers often comes down to this single distinction: clarity versus desperation. Before you YOLO into the next moonshot, ask yourself—could you defend this purchase to someone skeptical? If the answer is no, maybe pause and do the homework first.

Well said, but many people simply can't do it. It also depends on each person's self-control. Among the people I know, eight out of ten were led into the pit by influencers.

There's nothing wrong with what you're saying, but I still have to say that most people simply can't do it. When FOMO hits, their brains go blank, and who cares about fundamentals...

Haha, that sounds nice, but most people don't really want to hear this... How many can truly explain it clearly? I'm the type who buys and then ponders.

To put it simply, many people are just fooling themselves. They can't explain why they buy, then turn around and blame the market for being unfair. It's hilarious.

Honestly, explaining clearly why holding is called investing and not gambling. I've seen too many people buy coins out of FOMO and end up losing everything.
