#RIVER Obviously, they don't want the bulls to profit, nor do they want the bears to profit. Currently, the sideways consolidation is just eating fees; once the market has no bears, the remaining move is like a needle piercing the bulls, essentially benefiting both sides. The scheme of the market manipulators is not worth mentioning in my eyes.
