The one-hour chart of Bitcoin's movement is really a step forward and two steps back. It rose for a while, then turned around and looked bearish. This rhythm is making my mentality a bit unstable. I plan to wait until I wake up tomorrow morning to look at the four-hour candlestick chart and see if I can find a clear direction.
I can't take it anymore, my heart hurts badly and I can't sleep. The liquidity in the night trading session is really hard to deal with, and there's hardly any trading volume during the day. Domestic crypto traders are probably all night owls. The volatility of BTC this wave truly tests psychological resilience.

Haha, don't look at the one-hour chart anymore. The more you watch, the more your mentality collapses.
---
Staying up all night staring at the screen is really ridiculous. It's better to close your eyes and sleep.
---
The liquidity is poor like this. Let's wait and see if clear signals appear.
---
If your heart hurts, I really advise you not to stay up late. The crypto world can't escape.
---
The four-hour chart is indeed much more reliable than the one-hour chart, with a much better sense of rhythm.
---
There are too many night owls in the country. If this competition continues, who can bear it?
---
This wave of BTC volatility is really incredible. Not everyone can withstand it psychologically.
---
Instead of worrying about short-term trends, it's better to wait for the big direction to be confirmed.
---
I've also encountered this mentality issue. Relaxing your mind can help you live longer.

Don't look at the 1-hour chart, you'll need medication if you do.
Messing around with this stuff really harms your health.
It's been known for a long time that the night trading session has poor liquidity, yet you're still fighting with yourself over it.
If your mindset collapses, just take a break—it's better than anything else.
Bitcoin is like this; we can't keep up with its dancing rhythm.
Go to sleep, we'll talk about it tomorrow.

Bro, you need to adjust your mindset. The more carefully you look at the one-hour chart, the more it collapses. It's better to just close your eyes and go to sleep.

One-hour charts are really unbearable; looking at them too much can lead to depression.
If you can't keep your composure, don't stare at the screen—go to sleep.
The night trading session has poor liquidity, so don't force it—wait until daytime.
This wave of market movement truly tests people; it's exhausting.
BTC is playing psychological games again; I'm used to it.

Don't focus on the one-hour chart, brother. This thing is almost like a random number generator; the more you look, the more your mentality gets炸 (blown).
Watching the market overnight really doesn't make sense. The liquidity is poor, the spread is large, and when you wake up, you'll just chase highs and get trapped.
If your heart hurts, stop immediately. The crypto world isn't worth doing this.
This wave of行情 (market trend) is indeed frustrating. Instead of obsessing over the direction, it's better to protect your psychological bottom line first.
Wait and look at the four-hour chart; the noise on the one-hour chart is too much.
Night trading volatility is like a slaughterhouse. Without sufficient liquidity, why should we hard抗 (resist)?

One-hour chart messing with your mindset, might as well just sleep and see how you feel when you wake up.
This wave of volatility is really quite brutal, mentally exhausting.
The liquidity during the night trading session is truly exceptional; no matter how you trade, you're just getting cut.
I advise you not to stare at the charts anymore, it really shortens your lifespan.
If you can't even understand the four-hour chart, looking at the one-hour is just self-torture.
Insomnia is more uncomfortable than losing money.
People in the crypto world are all night owls; you're still maintaining a normal sleep schedule.
Seeing this kind of mental breakdown, it even hurts to watch.
Instead of guessing the direction, it's better to stay in cash and sleep peacefully.
