Cynthia Lummis: "Clarity Act" Will Definitely Be Completed Before Year-End, Committee Review to Launch in Late April

Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 18 — According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, U.S. Senate Banking Committee Chair and Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis commented on the latest developments of the Clarity Act.

Lummis stated that the bill is expected to be legislated by the end of this year, with a firm tone. She also revealed that the Senate Banking Committee Republicans plan to begin markup procedures after the Easter holiday in late April.

Regarding yield issues, Lummis said a solution has been largely reached. She also mentioned that disputes related to decentralized finance (DeFi) provisions have been properly resolved.
