Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 26 — According to CoinDesk, Obex, an incubation arm under Framework Ventures, officially launched a $1 billion asset deployment plan this Wednesday. The goal is to connect the Sky ecosystem’s USDS stablecoin yields with real-world assets such as AI data centers, housing, and energy.

The initial partners include Maple, USD.ai, Daylight, Centrifuge, Securitize, River, TVL Capital, and Better, covering areas like structured credit, housing finance, energy infrastructure, and AI hardware. These parties will tokenize and bring these assets onto the blockchain.

Framework Ventures partner Parker Edwards stated that this move aims to break free from the “cyclical yield” model within DeFi and shift toward high-quality yields from sectors such as structured credit, fintech, energy infrastructure, AI capital expenditure, and real estate.
