ChainCatcher Nachrichten, laut The Block wird die “offizielle Unternehmensabteilung” der Dogecoin Stiftung, House of Doge, durch eine Umgekehrte Fusion mit dem E-Sport-Unternehmen Brag House Holdings in den Kapitalmarkt einloggen. Nach Abschluss der Fusion werden etwa 594 Millionen Stammaktien und etwa 69,25 Millionen wandelbare Wertpapiere ausgegeben, wobei House of Doge Mehrheitsaktionär wird und Marco Margiotta als CEO fungiert. Das fusionierte Unternehmen wird Dogecoin-preisbasierte Händlerdienste, Zahlungsinfrastruktur, Daten und Lizenzierung, Tresorverwaltung anbieten und eine große Menge an DOGE halten. Die Brag House Aktie ist um 60 % auf 0,97 Dollar gefallen, mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von etwa 10 Millionen Dollar. Zuvor hatte House of Doge in Zusammenarbeit mit 21Shares den ersten Dogecoin ETP in Europa eingeführt und mit CleanCore und Robinhood an Tresor- und Verwahrungspartnerschaften gearbeitet.
