Samsung Electronics is reportedly reorganizing its new HBM chip R&D team

Am 4. Juli berichtete Jinshi-Daten, dass die Abteilung für Gerätelösungen (DS) von Samsung Electronics, die für das Halbleitergeschäft verantwortlich ist, umstrukturiert und die HBM-Forschungs- und Entwicklungsgruppe eingerichtet wurde. Sun Yongzhu, Vizepräsident von Samsung Electronics und Experte für High-Performance-DRAM-Design, wurde zum Leiter dieser Forschungs- und Entwicklungsgruppe ernannt, um ein Team zu leiten, das sich auf die Entwicklung von HBM3-, HBM3E- und neuer HBM4-Technologie konzentriert. Darüber hinaus hat Samsung Electronics auch die Advanced Packaging (AVP) -Gruppe und das Device Technology Laboratory umstrukturiert, um die Gesamttechnologiewettbewerbsfähigkeit zu verbessern.
