The SEC has accepted the 21Shares SUI Spot ETF application and will make a decision before January 2026.

Gate News bot message, the SEC has officially accepted the SUI Spot ETF application submitted by 21Shares and has entered the regulatory review stage.

21Shares submitted the S-1 registration statement on April 30, while Nasdaq filed the 19b-4 form on May 23, planning to list the ETF in the United States. The SEC will make a final decision on this application by January 18, 2026.

At the same time, the SEC has also postponed its decision on the Canary Spot SUI ETF application.
