The same accounts include @katimoharami987e, @emma154watsokm1, @lilapooryayo0864, @6brdb7ryn5g, etc. A key common point among these accounts is that they all redirect to a Telegram group called “Chain Emotion Observation Station.” These accounts are commonly referred to as “matrix accounts,” and in reality, they are all operated by the same group of people.
Moreover, these accounts are also targeting Taiwan’s regulatory developments, especially regarding exchanges. Articles like 【Taiwan Exchange Fined 3.02 Million, Just the Surface? The Real “Clearing Order” Has Long Been Arranged】 and 【Do You Think This is Anti-Fraud? In Reality, the Era of Financial Data Lockdown Has Arrived】 are utilizing Taiwan’s regulations and exchanges as topics, fitting into the above template to generate conspiracy theory-style articles. Even the news of Binance CEO Richard visiting Taiwan to participate in a public meeting can be manipulated, leading Binance’s official response.
Four elements for quick identification of U matrix number

Basically, by focusing on the four main elements: AI profile pictures, sensational text, directing traffic to Telegram groups, and conspiracy theories, one can identify matrix accounts.
From the user’s perspective, at least the Taiwan exchange has trust and knows who the operators are. When exchanging with unlicensed coin merchants, there is not only the risk of exchanging for black U, but also the unknown identity of the other party, significantly reducing security.
