According to CoinDesk, on February 17, Brevan Howard Digital, the digital asset division of hedge fund Brevan Howard, announced that it has become one of the first traditional Financial Institutions to participate in the Kinto on-chain mining program. Kinto co-founder and CEO Ramon Recuero stressed that as platforms like Kinto continue to adapt to institutional needs, the interest of traditional Financial Institutions in blockchain finance is growing. Now Financial Institutions no longer need to wait for regulatory clarity to safely participate in the DeFi ecosystem.
